I’ve registered for an e-learning program. Now what?
Once you register, you will receive an email that contains a username and password to access the Learning Exchange. When you enter the Learning Exchange, you will have access to both video and written tutorials that will walk you through the site, including how to participate in live sessions, fill out a profile, access resource materials, post comments in discussion forums, and more.
What if I cannot attend a live session during the program?
All live sessions will be archived within one hour of the end of the session and will be available in the resources area throughout the duration of the program. Archived sessions will include PowerPoint presentations synched to the audio recording of the session.
Am I required to participate in all program activities? What if I just want to attend the live sessions?
You may participate in whatever manner you wish, as you will not receive a “grade” for the program. However, participants must engage in all scheduled activities throughout the week to successfully achieve program outcomes. In addition, live sessions will reference participants’ weekly activities, and participants will collaborate both with their peers and with the program facilitator on activities throughout the program. Portions of live sessions will also be devoted to Q&A periods in which participants can ask questions to the facilitator regarding the work they do during the week.
Are group discounts available if I want to register more than one person from my school or district in the program?

Will I receive a certificate or continuing education credits for completing this program?
A certificate of completion will be mailed to program participants upon the conclusion of the program. Programs are not tied to any credit-granting institution. You will need to talk to your school or district professional development coordinator about receiving continuing education credit for this course. We will provide evidence of the work completed as part of the program upon request.
